Deliverable

Visual direction, color palette with hex codes, type recommendations with rationale, 2 to 3 reference aesthetics with explicit do and don't annotations, and a brand voice summary.

Week 04

Channel Messaging

Positioning that never leaves a document is positioning that doesn't work. At the end of this week you'll have real copy, across every channel that matters, ready to use immediately.

Deliverable

All three channels. Finished copy — not templates, not frameworks to fill in yourself. Words you can use this week.

LinkedIn

Full profile rewrite plus 5 post frameworks built around your positioning — each with an opening line, core argument, and closing hook.

Cold email

A 3-email outbound sequence with subject lines, written to your precise target customer, built around your differentiated claim.

Intake form

Before your kickoff call, you'll complete a short intake form. This is where you tell me what's happening in the business, what prompted this, and what success looks like. It keeps the first session high-value.

Kickoff call — 60 minutes

We align on goals, audience, competitive context, and tone. I ask the questions that the form doesn't cover. You leave with a clear sense of what week one will produce.

Four weekly sessions

One 60-minute working session per week. Each session reviews the current week's deliverable, incorporates your feedback, and sets up the next week. One async revision round included per deliverable.

Final delivery

Four documents, delivered at the end of week four. Each one designed to hand off immediately — the positioning document goes to your team, the competitive map goes to your investors, the creative brief goes to your designer, the channel copy goes live.
