For agency and professional services founders past $30k a month who are still winging it on brand. Your pitch sounds different from your website. Your LinkedIn sounds different from your emails. This fixes that.
3 spots available in April — audit is free, no commitment required
Week 01
The foundation everything else is built on. At the end of this week you'll know exactly what game you're playing, why you win it, and who you're playing it for.
Deliverable
A positioning document covering your category, differentiated claim, precise target customer, and your core narrative in three forms — one sentence, one paragraph, one page. Plus a language guide.
Week 02
You can't own a position you haven't mapped. At the end of this week you'll know who you're actually up against, where they're weak, and where the white space is.
Deliverable
A structured scan of 4 to 6 direct and adjacent competitors across five dimensions, plus a one-page competitive map formatted to share with your team or investors.
Week 03
Not a moodboard. Not a logo. A brief — the document that tells any designer exactly what to build and why, informed by everything established in weeks one and two.
Deliverable
Visual direction, color palette with hex codes, type recommendations with rationale, 2 to 3 reference aesthetics with explicit do and don't annotations, and a brand voice summary.
Week 04
Positioning that never leaves a document is positioning that doesn't work. At the end of this week you'll have real copy, across every channel that matters, ready to use immediately.
Deliverable
All three channels. Finished copy — not templates, not frameworks to fill in yourself. Words you can use this week.
Full profile rewrite plus 5 post frameworks built around your positioning — each with an opening line, core argument, and closing hook.
Cold email
A 3-email outbound sequence with subject lines, written to your precise target customer, built around your differentiated claim.
Paid ads
6 headline and body copy variants built around your positioning, ready to test against each other in Meta.
Intake form
Before your kickoff call, you'll complete a short intake form. This is where you tell me what's happening in the business, what prompted this, and what success looks like. It keeps the first session high-value.
Kickoff call — 60 minutes
We align on goals, audience, competitive context, and tone. I ask the questions that the form doesn't cover. You leave with a clear sense of what week one will produce.
Four weekly sessions
One 60-minute working session per week. Each session reviews the current week's deliverable, incorporates your feedback, and sets up the next week. One async revision round included per deliverable.
Final delivery
Four documents, delivered at the end of week four. Each one designed to hand off immediately — the positioning document goes to your team, the competitive map goes to your investors, the creative brief goes to your designer, the channel copy goes live.
One flat fee. No retainer, no hourly billing, no scope creep. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start.
Payment is split: 50% at kickoff, 50% at final delivery. If something isn't working, we fix it in the revision round — that's what it's for.
